Watching the process of someone trying to do something well and making mistakes, correcting those mistakes then repeating the process of try-mistake-fix over and over, Is a lot more encouraging than seeing the finished product.
With only the end product to view we intend to think of the creator as a genius and in some ways idolise them. What we haven't seen are all the mistakes and corrections that produced the end product.
